Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a beloved pet, your health, a relationship, or facing a sudden change in career or home – your pain is valid.
Trying to work out your next steps into the unknown can feel overwhelming, especially when the world expects you to “move on. There isn’t a rulebook or set formula for grief, there is only YOUR individual journey, and I will help you uncover what that looks like.
Your Grief is Unique to You
Everyone’s experience is personal. Although others may have walked similar paths, your journey is yours alone and cannot be compared to anyone else’s. Whatever the reason for your grief, you have found a safe space here.
My goal is to help you build resilience and find a fulfilling life, whilst honouring your past and what you have lost. I will use my training and my own journey through grief, to inform our work together.
You will gain your own ‘toolkit’ of resources and feel empowered to take charge of your own healing journey and find purpose amidst your loss. Your story is more than grief; it’s a path to healing and self-discovery and I look forward to walking that path with you.
